Mr & Mrs Milner had a Small tired kitchen in need of an update. They visited the showroom with architect plans for an extension.
Mr & Mrs Milner wanted an open plan kitchen diner for a better living space and a modern minimal look including a large kitchen island with seating area to entertain guests.
During the appointment we looked at different door styles in the modern ranges. After, we then selected the correct style and colour. We also converted the plans into a 3D visual of how the room would look. We tried different layouts until we found one that suited. The main focal points were the large bank of units and island. We selected AEG appliances, Silestone work surfaces and a Quooker hot water tap.
Our fitter Nick arrived at the property once the builder had completed the extension. Nick then promptly started to construct the kitchen with his keen eye. When we came to template the worktop we came up with the idea of introducing the wooden work surface to the island. After this had been done we then decided to recover the dining table in the same wood top as the island, which made the kitchen diner unique and personal to the customer. Nick ran slightly over the time schedule due to these changes, however the outcome was well worth it.
All the team at York Kitchens were happy with the end result, which looked outstanding and fulfilled the customer needs.
